Since 1987, Property Investment Brokers and the Luthra name have been unequivocally linked with the conception and execution of quality commercial, industrial, and residential real estate projects in the Central Florida area. PIB's extensive portfolio now encompasses over 4,000 residential lots and well over 5,000 acres of land sprawled across Central Florida. Additionally, PIB boasts a suite of income-generating assets including industrial warehouses, retail establishments, and ongoing developments.
